Amazing breakfast sandwich, great coffee and friendly service. I was in town staying nearby and came here every morning for breakfast and coffee (hotel breakfast was easy to skip). The service here is so friendly, prices are reasonable, food is truly great, and the space has lots of indoor and outdoor seating for individual or a communal table. Thanks Lighthouse team!

Great coffee shop! I love that they were participating in the coffee week and had specialty lattes for five dollars. We tried the orange blossom whole pot and ice and it was amazing. Also, the servers were great. The toast was fresh and the portions were plentiful for the price!

My wife and I have been there 2 days in a row. We've ordered cold brew (great), a rose latte (good), and a honey lavender latte (really great). Breakfast sandwich on sourdough was also great! And then this doughnut hit the spot. See you tomorrow morning!

Went here for morning coffee as our hotel was within walking distance. The staff are very friendly, the place is clean, airy and has plenty of seating inside as well as seating outside. They have a nice selection of delicious pastries as well as a menu of breakfast options. There is also water available on the side table which is nice. We ordered coffee and I had their Breakfast Sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel - it was very generous and had everything you would want (egg, bacon, cheese, tomato, avocado and arugula). I ate half of it and took the other half to eat later. My dirty chai I had the option of coconut milk since I can’t do regular milk. There were several people in the coffee shop that were enjoying breakfast as well as working on their laptops. Pricing was reasonable and I would definitely be a regular if I lived nearby!
